M. Elena Gillespie

Ms. Gillespie joined Woodstock in 2003, bringing with her 19 years experience in public accounting and advising individuals and corporate clients on a wide array of financial, tax and management issues.
Since 2002, she has served as Senior Vice President of Finance for Coal, Energy Investments and Management, LLC, and from 1991 to 2001 she served as Senior Vice President of Finance for Big Sandy Management Company, Inc. Ms. Gillespie graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration – Accounting and received a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Suffolk University.
Ms. Gillespie is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Society of Compliance Professionals.
