The firm was founded in 2005 and is a subsidiary of Millennium Capital Management Ltd., ultimately held by Millennium Management LLC in the US. BlueCrest Capital Management (UK) LLP (BCM-UK) is an independent, Great Britain-based alternative asset management firm headquartered in London.
