Mr. Manlio Marchesi is a Head of Quant & Portfolio Advisory at Eurizon Capital SGR SpA. In 2002, he joined Eurizon Capital SGR in the strategy area, mainly dealing with quantitative asset allocation models.
In 2005, Mr. Marchesi became Head of Advisory & Asset Allocation and since 2008 he has been Head of Quant & Portfolio Advisory of the Investment Department of Eurizon Capital SGR.
After an experience as a Financial Analyst in the Research and Studies Department of Deutsche Bank Spa, in 1998 Mr. Marchesi began to deal with asset management in the Risk Management of Deutsche Bank Asset Management Italia.
He graduated in 1994 in Political Economics at the Bocconi University of Milan with a specialization in Monetary and Financial Economics.
