Marc Goldberg

Mr. Goldberg previously served on the Board of Directors of Collins & Aikman Corporation.
Prior to joining the Wasserstein & Co., Mr. Goldberg was employed by Philip Morris Companies Inc. from 1972-1998.
At that company, he was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations and Technology from 1995-1998 responsible for corporate level manufacturing and R&D, and Senior Vice President Corporate Planning from 1990-1995 responsible for corporate level business strategies, shareholder value strategies and mergers and acquisitions.
During that period he directed Philip Morris rapid expansion in the food industry.
He also served as President of the Latin America Region with additional responsibilities for Canada.
Mr. Goldberg began his career as a CPA with Coopers & Lybrand and earned his BS degree (with honors) from Boston University in 1964 and L.L.B.
from Cornell Law School in 1967.
He is a member of the New York State Bar.
He also serves as a member of the Cornell University Law School Advisory Council and has served as Vice Chairman of the Council on Canada-United States Economic Relations of the Conference Board of Canada; Director of the Council of the Americas; Member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Senior Corporate Advisory Board and the Cornell University Corporate Liaison Committee.
