Prior to joining Oaktree in 1996, Mr. Porosoff was an associate at the law firm of Debevoise & Plimpton for five years, specializing in real estate and corporate matters.
Mr. Porosoff holds a B.A.
in Economics from Wesleyan University and a J.D.
from the University of Chicago Law School.
Mr. Porosoff is admitted to the New York State Bar.
