Mr. Mark J.
Dixon is Chief Operating Officer at Cognis Capital Partners LLP.
He is responsible for overseeing fund operations, compliance and all non-investment aspects of the FSA regulated LLP.
He has over 10 years experience in the hedge fund and alternative investment industry having spent significant time living and working offshore.
Prior to Cognis, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Tisbury Capital responsible for winding up the management company and co-ordinating the transfer of managed funds to GLG Partners.
He also worked for Marshall Wace with responsibility for managing the team that prepared daily NAV estimates for a large group of funds and spent t two and a half years in Cayman working for Close Brothers' fund administration arm and five years in Bermuda in the Private Client Services group for Ernst & Young.
Mr. Dixon graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Mathematics from the University of Leicester.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA).
