He has more than 10 years of technology investment banking experience and has completed 45 transactions worth $35 billion, including many cross-border deals.
Marty has worked extensively with founder-owned, PE/VC-backed, and public companies, as well as financial sponsors.
Prior to GP Bullhound, Marty worked at Nomura and Petsky Prunier in New York.
He started his career as an engineer.
Marty holds an M.B.A. from George Washington University and a B.S.
in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
