Matthew Bader

Prior to joining Coldstream in 2005, Mr. Bader was a Private Client Consultant with Schwab in Bellevue and also in Portland.
He created customized client portfolios, advising on stocks, bonds and separate account managers, as well as providing individual retirement and financial planning services.
He was instrumental in growing the Schwab Private Client group in Portland and was directly responsible for managing more than $100 million in client assets.
Prior to Schwab, he was on the brokerage team at Merrill Lynch in Seattle where he created customized portfolios, advised his clients on strategic asset allocation, and organized independent manager searches.
At Merrill Lynch, he managed more than $45 million in client assets.
He began his financial services career as a retail broker with Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Bader earned his B.A.
in Economics at the University of Washington.
