Maura Hynes

Maura Hynes is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Rockbridge.
In this role, she oversees finance, accounting, compliance, human resources, and investor relations.
Prior to rejoining Rockbridge, Maura was the CFO/COO for SkySync, Inc., a software technology company.
While at SkySync, Inc., she led financial operations including budgeting, accounting, compliance, human relations, and payroll.
Additionally, she led an effort for SOC 2 and GDPR compliance.
Previously, she held positions with leading companies including Director of Reporting at Rockbridge and Rock Ventures, LLC, CFO of Siena Lending Group, an asset-based lender that provides financing to small and middle market businesses in the United States and Canada, Controller at Burdale Capital Finance, and Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young LLP.
Maura earned her Master of Professional Accountancy degree from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from Eastern Michigan University.
She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Michigan.
