Prior to joining Edgewood in 2008, Mr. House managed the Capital Markets Team at GE Asset Management (now Genworth Financial) where he oversaw over 2 Billion of first mortgages, B-Notes and mezzanine loans.
From 1988 to 1992, Mr. House worked at Marine Midland Bank (now HSBC) managing loan workouts, restructure, foreclosure, bankruptcy proceedings, property management and development.
Previously, he held senior positions at Arbor Realty Trust, Mercedes Capital, Standard & Poor’s and Bank of New York.
Mr. House received a BS in Economics from the State University of New York and is currently pursuing Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
