Pratt is President and Chief Executive Officer of Aperto Networks, Inc. He has 20 years of general management, engineering, marketing and manufacturing experience.
Mr. Pratt was President of the Active Infrastructure business unit of ADC Telecommunications, Inc. Prior to that, he was an Executive Vice President of Worldwide Access for Marconi from July, 2000 to June, 2002.
Mr. Pratt worked at RELTEC, DSC and Bell Labs.
He received a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska.
