Prior to joining DCA, Mr. McCarty was a Managing Director and Head of U.S.
Portfolio Trading at Morgan Stanley.
In his eight years at Morgan Stanley, he also held a variety of senior trading roles including Head of International Programs (including an extended assignment in London) and Head of Exchange Traded Funds trading.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he was a Director and Global Head of Delta 1 trading at Credit Suisse and worked at Royal Bank of Canada Dominion Securities.
Mr. McCarty started his career at Kidder, Peabody International as a trader in Japan.
Mr. McCarty earned a B.A. cum laude from Princeton University.
