Michael Schuh

Michael Schuh is currently the Managing Director at Metis Advisors since 2019.
Prior to this, he worked as the Managing Director-Continental Europe at First Title Insurance Plc from 2007 to 2008, as the General Counsel at STEAG GmbH in 2002, and as an Associate at Armstrong Teasdale LLP from 1994 to 1998.
He also worked as the Head-Mergers & Acquisitions at Alpiq Holding AG and as the Senior Counsel at Enron Europe Ltd. from 2000 to 2001.
From 2002 to 2006, he served as the General Counsel-Europe & South America at Visteon Corporation Defined Benefit Master Trust.
Mr. Schuh holds a graduate degree from The Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz and a graduate degree from Saint Louis University School of Law.
