Previously he was a partner at Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villenueve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP, focused on the firm's technology law practice where Michael represented public and private clients ranging from startups to multinational corporations in many branches of technology, including software, hardware, telecommunications, Internet and networking, semiconductors, consumer electronics, online services and biotechnology.
Respected as a leader in his field, Michael has been a featured instructor for classes such as the Technology Contract Boot Camp and Hot E-Commerce Issues: How to Advise your Clients as well as a co-author for several publications including "E-Business, Internet and Online Transactions" (Glasser LegalWorks, Emerging Growth Company Series).
