Najla Al-Midfa

Najla Ahmed Al-Midfa is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Sharjah Business Women Council and the Chief Executive Officer at Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center.
She is also a Director at United Arab Bank PJSC, Dana Gas PJSC, Emirates Development Bank, Endeavor UAE, and a Member of Aspen Global Leadership Network.

In her former roles, Ms. Al-Midfa was the Vice Chairman at Young Arab Leaders.
She also worked as a Senior Associate at McKinsey & Co., Inc. and Pricewaterhousecoopers.
She held the position of Manager-Entrepreneurship Development at Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development.
Ms. Al-Midfa holds an MBA from Stanford University, which she obtained in 2007.
She also completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Bath in 2000.
