NATHAN E.
BAILEY (43) was elected Vice President and Corporate Controller on March 25, 2002 with primary responsibility for Finance and Accounting.
Mr. Bailey Joined the Company on August 27, 2000 as the Corporate Controller.
Mr. Bailey has previously served as an accountant for Engineered Carbons, Inc, Borger, Texas from 1998 to 2000; Controller for Nunn Manufacturing, Amarillo, Texas 1998; General Manager and Controller for West Texas Ford Lincoln Mercury, Inc., Pampa Texas, from 1992 to 1998; and Controller for The Texas CattleFeeders Association in Amarillo, Texas from 1990 to 1992.
Mr. Bailey practiced public accounting from 1985 to 1990 with KPMG Peat Marwick, and H.V.
Robertson and Co. both in Amarillo, Texas.
Mr. Bailey holds a BBA in accounting from West Texas State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
