Mr. Nicholas Grous is a Director of Research at ARK Investment Management LLC.
He joined the firm in July of 2018.
As Director of Research, Consumer Internet and Fintech, he leads the consumer applications vertical of the AI Research team.
Initially, he served as ARK’s Trading/Research Associate.
Afterwards, he transitioned into the role of an Analyst on the Next Generation Internet strategy and will continue with many of these responsibilities, focusing on digital media, streaming technology, and online gaming.
He recently held the role of Associate Portfolio Manager, where he assisted Ms. Wood in managing investment strategies in non-discretionary positions that, over time, could lead to discretionary control.
Prior to ARK, Mr. Grous worked at York International Insurance and Vestorly, a New York-based tech start-up.
He graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
