Nick Miner

Nick is a Managing Director at Trive Capital.
His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, performing transaction due diligence, and working with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies.
Prior to attending business school, Nick was a Senior Associate at Trive.
Before joining Trive, Nick was an Associate at a private equity firm focused on the energy services sector.
Prior to that, Nick was an Analyst for RBC Capital Markets where he was a member of their Energy Investment Banking Group.
While at RBC Capital Markets, Nick was involved with a variety of mergers, acquisitions and debt and equity financings across the exploration and production, midstream and energy services sectors.
Nick received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University where he earned a BBA in Finance.
