Prior to founding Delvern Capital, Nick was responsible for global corporate development and strategy for SPX FLOW, a $2 billion public industrial company based in Charlotte, NC.
He led strategy development for SPX FLOW, working closely with the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership team.
Prior to SPX FLOW, Nick worked at Morgan Stanley in the Business Succession Advisory Group in Washington, D.C, where he focused on leveraged buyouts of family-owned businesses.
Over the span of his career, Nick has successfully completed transactions with an aggregate value of over $5.5 billion.
Nick earned an undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary with a major in finance and an MBA from Indiana University with majors in finance and accounting.
Nick lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife and their two children.
