Mr. Nicholas P.
Winsley is a Managing Director & Head of AEW UK at AEW UK Investment Management LLP.
He has over 19 years' industry experience.
He was previously a Director within the UBS UK Real Estate team which he joined in 2007.
During his time at UBS he worked with the investment team responsible for property acquisitions and sales for the UK property funds, was Portfolio Manager for the UBS Secure Income Property Fund and was a member of the UK Investment Committee governing all UK property funds.
From 2000 to 2007, Mr. Winsley was an Associate Director at Colliers CRE where he specialised in valuation, landlord & tenant, agency, investment and development.
Mr. Winsley is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and holds an IMC.
