Noam Waldoks

Noam is the General Counsel at aMoon, where he assists the Fund and portfolio companies in all manner of legal work.
Noam served as aMoon’s outside counsel in 2018 and helped to form aMoon Growth.
Over the course of this work, Noam realized that there was something big happening in the HealthTech industry, so he joined the aMoon team in 2020 to help drive forward the digital health revolution.
Noam has been practicing law for over 10 years.
He was most recently special counsel at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co., and previously worked at Meitar Liquonik Geva Leshem Tal in Tel Aviv and Debevoise & Plimpton in New York.
Noam has wide experience in corporate legal affairs, including M&A's, venture capital investing, joint ventures, and the formation and maintenance of venture capital and other private equity funds.
He has also worked with many startups as they attempt to grow their companies, advising startups regarding investment rounds, commercial agreements and day-to-day operations.
Noam obtained his JD from New York University School of Law and his BA from Yale University.
Noam was admitted to practice law in New York in 2009 and Israel in 2014.
