He has over 20 years of experience in the national and international financial services industry.
Mr. Ramadhana started his career at Rothschild Indonesia (1999-2004).
He then grew his career as Vice President at Merrill Lynch (2004-2007), Executive Director of Goldman Sachs Singapore in 2008, Executive Director of Goldman Sachs Asia Pacific (2009-2011), President Director of Morgan Stanley (2011-2018), and President Director and Head of Investment Banking HSBC Sekuritas Indonesia (2018-2021).
He earned his Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Indonesia in 1996 and a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Indonesia.
