They have an investment committee who conducts their investment process. The firm manages fixed-income funds by using an active management style, deploying a credit process, portfolio diversification considerations, market risk budgeting and monitoring process and liquidity risk management. For their equity fund management, SCBAM uses an active management process and a passive management process.
