Patrick Smith

Mr. Patrick Smith is a Special Situations Analyst at Ubika Corp.
He joined Gravitas Financial in 2018, in the role of Special Situations Analyst.
Mr. Smith brings a breadth of knowledge to the team with over 5 years of institutional equity research experience.
In addition, Mr. Smith works as the Lead Analyst at Gravitas’ inhouse merchant bank called Northern Lights Partners.
In these roles he is responsible for overseeing relationships with Gravitas’ corporate clients including underwriting, financing, and corporate lending.
He previously worked as a mining associate at M Partners, covering mid to small cap precious metal and base metal companies, until the end of 2017.
