Paul B. Kuper

Since 1996, Mr. Kuper had been associated with Lloyd, Leith and Sawin, Tower Bridge Advisors predecessor firm.
Prior to that, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager with CoreStates Investment Advisers.
He was also an Executive Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager with Centre Square Investment Group and Director of Research for a predecessor of CoreStates Financial.
Mr. Kuper is a member of The Financial Analysts of Philadelphia and the Association for Investment Management and Research.
Mr. Kuper received his B.S.
degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A.
from the Kellogg School of Management from Northwestern University.
He is a Director and past President of the Shelmerdine Corporation, and serves on the Investment Committee of the Board of Directors of Inglis House, a charitable organization.
Mr. Kuper is a Captain and Director of Bachelors Barge Club, the oldest rowing club in the country.
