Peter F. Dolle

Mr. Dolle began his professional career with the Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago in July of 1969.
Mr. Dolle’s experience with the bank included international banking, corporate lending, and the establishment and management of a representative office in San Francisco.
He also had extensive experience in leveraged lending as a senior officer of the bank.
Mr. Dolle joined Clayton, Dubilier and Rice in March of 1984, subsequently becoming a principal in the firm and a general partner in three of the Clayton and Dubilier private equity funds.
In November of 1996, Mr. Dolle joined Dubilier & Company as a senior member of the firm where he was involved in fundraising, investment review, management of portfolio investments and the administration of the firm and private equity fund.
Mr. Dolle serves on the Board of Directors of Old London Foods Company, Inc. and on the Board of Trustees of The Scholarship Fund for Inner-City Children in Newark, New Jersey.
Mr. Dolle received an A.B.
in History from Indiana University and an M.B.A.
in Finance from Northwestern University.
