Peter J. Rescigno

Mr. Rescigno was appointed to his present position with the Registrant on September 1, 2004.
Prior to that and from August 1, 2003 he was Vice President - General Counsel and prior to that and from February 1, 2003 he was Assistant Vice President - Assistant General Counsel.
Since January 16, 2003 he has served as Corporate Secretary.
From June 15, 2000 to February 1, 2003 he was the Registrant's Assistant General Counsel.
Prior to June 15, 2000 he was Counsel for GAB Robins North America, Inc.
