Hobbs is Head Global Real Estate & Infrastructure Research at RREEF Ltd.
and Head of Global Real Estate & Infrastructure Research at RREEF Funds LLC.
He is responsible for developing and co-coordinating RREEF's global coverage of economic, capital market, real estate and infrastructure prospects.
The analysis guides decision-making across the business, at strategic and tactical levels, and supports a series of publications on market issues and prospects.
He is a member of both the RREEF global management team, and the Product and Business Development committees.
Dr. Hobbs has over 20 years real estate experience.
He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Reading, and is a member of the RICS.
He is also a European Council member of ULI, a Visiting Professor at Nottingham Trent University and a member of AFIRE (Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate).
