Peter Merrigan

Peter Merrigan is the founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Taurus Investment Holdings LLC, which was founded in 1976.
He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Taurus Investment Holdings, LP, RENU Communities LLC, and holds director positions at NAIOP Massachusetts, Inc., Taurus CD 185 Reserve at Maitland LP, Taurus CD 186 Balmy Beach FL LP, Taurus Cd 187 Riverbend Portfolio Tx LP, Taurus CD 191 South Winds MA LP.
He is also the Co-Managing Director of Taurus Office GmbH & Co. KG and Taurus Logistik Oberpfaffenhofen GmbH & Co. KG.
Mr. Merrigan previously held director positions at NAIOP, Inc. and was a Principal at CB Commercial Real Estate Services Group, Inc. He completed his undergraduate studies at the College of the Holy Cross (Massachusetts) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
