Pierre Marcoux

Pierre Marcoux is the founder of Contex Group, Inc. (founded in 2019) and holds the title of President.
He is currently a Non-Independent Director at Transcontinental, Inc. since 2005.
Additionally, he is a Director at Le Boulot Vers, On The Tip of The Toes Foundation, Publications Senior, Inc., and Vividata, Inc. (since 2014).
Mr. Marcoux is also the President of Cheneliére Éducation Inc. and Les Éditions Caractère, Inc., and a Governor at Sherbrooke University Business Research Foundation.
In his former positions, Mr. Marcoux served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of Atrium Innovations, Inc. (2007-2014) and the President of TC Média Livres, Inc. (2004-2019).
He was also the Head of Corporate & Business Development at Chase Capital Partne (Hong Kong) and Telesystem Wireless International, Inc. (2014-2017), Alliance for Audited Media, and PMB Print Measurement Bureau.
He was also a Senior Vice President-Finance & Technology at National Bank of Canada.
Mr. Marcoux holds a graduate degree from Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Sherbrooke.
