Fullerton Fund Management Co. Ltd. (Fullerton) is the wholly-owned fund management subsidiary of the Government of Singapore's Temasek Holdings Pte Ltd. Fullerton was founded in 2003 and is an Asia-based investment specialist offering relative and absolute returns products and solutions for institutions such as government agencies, pension plans, insurance companies, endowments and sovereign wealth, as well as for private wealth and the retail segment. Headquartered in Singapore, the firm also has associated offices in Shanghai, London, Tokyo and Brunei.

ING Investment Management Asia Pacific (Hong Kong) Ltd. (INGIM-HK) is the wholly-owned investment management subsidiary of ING Insurance International B.V., ultimately owned by ING Groep NV (NYSE: ING). INGIM was founded in 1994 and provides asset management services to institutions, pension funds, insurance companies, fund distributors, foundations, high net-worth individuals and retail customers. They manage a range of global and regional investment products covering all asset classes. INGIM-HK was incorporated in 1997 and is the head office for the Asia Pacific region, responsible for Asian and Australasian products. The firm coordinates activities and reports to the parent group for offices in Singapore, India, Japan, the Philippines, Australia and New Zealand, Malaysia, as well as joint ventures in Thailand, Taiwan and Korea.
