He has over a decade of experience in Private Equity and M&A.
Prior to joining H.I.G., Praneeth was with Amazon’s research and development arm, Lab126, out of Cupertino and Sunnyvale.
At Lab126, Praneeth focused on product development and international expansion for Amazon devices and corresponding software.
Earlier in his career, Praneeth was in Bank of America’s Technology, Media, and Telecom investment banking group in New York.
Praneeth received his M.S.
and B.S.
degrees, magna cum laude with Phi Beta Kappa honors in Computer Science from Yale University and an M.B.A.
degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
