Qiuhua Zhang

Qiu Hua Zhang is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director at Jilin Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank Corp.
Ltd.
since 2019.
Prior to this, Dr. Zhang worked as a Professor at Jilin University of Finance & Economics starting from 1985.
Dr. Zhang is also a Member of the China Society of International Law, a Member of the China Economic Law Research Institute, and the Vice President-Economic Law Research Association at Jilin Law Society.
Dr. Zhang completed their undergraduate degree at Northeast Normal University in 1985 and obtained graduate degrees from Jilin University in 1997 and 2008.
