R.
B. Felps is a Director of Pedernales Electric Cooperative, Inc. and a Director and President of Felps Manufacturing Corp.
He has been an Officer and a Director of the Blanco County Central Appraisal District, the National Association of Trailer Manufacturers, the Lyndon B. Johnson Memorial Hospital and the Blanco County Property Owners Association.
Mr. Felps is a Member of the Blanco County Fair Association and the Blanco County Youth Council.
Prior to joining Pedernales Electric Cooperative in March 21, 1994, he was a Director of Cattleman's National Bank, the Ranchers Savings Association and Johnson City Bank.
