Rajal Patel

Rajal is a qualified M&A attorney and previously worked at international law firms Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Sidley Austin LLP.
Rajal was a founding member of the European Private Equity practice at Sidley Austin.
She has also worked across business development and data insights at Goodwin Procter LLP, where she developed training and market updates for Private Equity Sponsors.
Through her advisory firm, Rajal has supported the corporate development team at The Royal Bank of Scotland and an impact partnership between global packaging firm Huhtamaki and venture incubator Food System 6.
She is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
EDUCATION Bsc in Economics & Economic History from the London School of Economics BA in Law from the University of Law, London.
