Ralph Cleveland

Ralph Cleveland is the founder of Capital Formation & Enterprise Development.
He currently holds the position of Vice Chairman at the North American Energy Standards Board, Inc. and is the National Director at the American Association of Blacks in Energy.
Additionally, he serves as the Director at the American Institute for Managing Diversity, Inc., a Member of the National Black MBA Association, Inc., Kappa Alpha PSI Fraternity, Inc., 100 Black Men of Atlanta, Inc., Leadership Atlanta, Inc., and the Georgia Tech Alumni Association.
Mr. Cleveland is also a Trustee at The Georgia Tech Alumni Association and a Member of 100 Black Men of America, Inc. and Junior Achievement of Georgia, Inc. In his former positions, Mr. Cleveland served as the President of Northern Illinois Gas Co. He was also the Executive Vice President at Southern Company Gas in 2012.
Additionally, he held the position of Vice President-Engineering Construction at Atlanta Gas Light Co. in 2005 and Vice President-Operations at Virginia Natural Gas, Inc. Mr. Cleveland was also a Member of The National Society of Black Engineers.
Mr. Cleveland's education includes a graduate degree from Rice University, an undergraduate degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Tulane University (Louisiana).
