Ramanathan Srinivasan

Ramanathan Srinivasan was the founder and had founded Redington Ltd. (India) in 1993, where he held the title of Non-Executive Vice Chairman from 2014 to 2017.
Currently, he is the Chairman of SSN Institutions and a Director at Harrow Investment Holding Ltd., Easyaccess Financial Services Ltd., Redington Nigeria Ltd., Redington Distribution Pte Ltd., Redington Turkey Holdings SARL, Redington International Mauritius Ltd., Redington Bangladesh Ltd., Cadensworth FZE, Redington Africa Distribution FZE, Redington Egypt Ltd. LLC, Ensure Gulf FZE, Arena International FZE, and HCL Singapore Pte Ltd. Previously, he served as Vice Chairman at Redington Gulf FZE and held the position of Chairman at Arena Bilgisayar Sanayi ve Ticaret AS in 2012.
He was also an Independent Non-Executive Director at HCL Technologies Ltd. from 2011 to 2024.
Additionally, he worked as a Vice President at Genpact India Pvt Ltd. Mr. Srinivasan completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Madras and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
