Ranee Jayamaha

Dr. Ranee Jayamaha is a Member-Monetary Board of Central Bank of Sri Lanka, a Chairman at Overseas Realty (Ceylon) Plc, a Chairman at Credit Information Bureau of Sri Lanka, a Chairman at National Payments Council Singapore, a Council Member at University of Colombo, a Member of Securities & Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka, a Member at The Global Payments Forum, a Member at The Insurance Board of Sri Lanka, a Member-Expert Panel of International Monetary Fund and a Member-Working Group of The Bank for International Settlements.
She is on the Board of Directors at Marga Institute, Mireka Capital Lanka (Pvt) Ltd., Regional Centre For Strategic Studies and Transnational Lanka Pvt Ltd. Dr. Jayamaha was previously employed as a Chairman by HNB Assurance Plc, a Non-Executive Chairman by Hatton National Bank Plc, a Secretary-Presidential Commission by Commonwealth Secretariat, a Chairman by HNB General Insurance Ltd., and a Chairman by Sithma Development Pvt Ltd. She also served on the board at Monetary Board of Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Peradeniya, a graduate degree from The University of Stirling and a doctorate degree from the University of Bradford.
