Mr. Rich Jones joined the Acumen Fund team in May 2010 as a Talent Associate.
He supports Acumen Fund in its human resource function.
He began his professional career at Cintas Corporation in the company's 2-year Management Training (MT) program.
After successfully completing the MT requirements, he spent time in business development before deciding to shift his career focus to HR/Talent Management.
He transitioned to the fast-paced staffing industry in 2008 when he joined Beacon Hill Staffing Group, a leading agency in the Boston area.
Mr. Rich Jones is a graduate of Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
