Ortiz is Founding Member & Managing Director at Hudson Realty Capital LLC.
Prior to co-founding Hudson in 2003, he was a co-founder of Newbridge Realty Capital.
Before that, he worked as Director at Credit Suisse First Boston where he co-formed the Portfolio Bids Group, which acquired and managed over $3 billion of real estate assets.
Before joining CSFB, he was a Vice President at Kidder, Peabody & Co. and a Senior Consultant for Kenneth Leventhal & Co. Mr. Ortiz received his MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and his BS from the University of Connecticut.
