Dowling, Jr., is Wealth Manager & Principal at Modera Wealth Management LLC.
In his role, he serves high-net worth individuals, families, non-profit organizations, corporations and others seeking wealth management and portfolio management expertise.
He has more than 15 years of experience in the wealth management profession.
He also managed a team of financial advisors, providing guidance and investment strategy.
He is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors and the Financial Planning Association.
He currently serves as Treasurer for the Ridgewood Chamber of Commerce and volunteers for its annual charity events that benefit the Ridgewood High School scholarship program.
He is also an adjunct teacher at William Patterson University.
He is a founding member of the Ridgewood Chamber Networking Group that is comprised of business professionals.
Prior to joining Modera Wealth Management, Mr. Dowling worked in the Wealth Management Division of GunnAllen Financial, Inc. in New York, where he was responsible for client relationships, investment product analysis and marketing initiatives.
He began his career in the independent brokerage business where he managed portfolios for high-net-worth clients.
He received his B.S., Psychology with a minor in Business from The State University of New York.
He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER certification and is also a Chartered Life Underwriter.
