Robert Bedenikovic

Mr. Bedenikovic has several years of securities industry experience having joined A.G.
Edwards Bond Operations in 1985.
In 1991, Mr. Bedenikovic was named an assistant supervisor in Bond Transfers.
In that capacity, he assisted the firm’s financial consultants and department personnel with resolving problems relating to bond transfers, bearer bond coupon payments and the maintenance of the company vault.
In 1996, he was promoted to assistant supervisor in Bond Operations where he monitored all government and foreign bond book entry activities through the Federal Reserve Bank and the Euro-Clear System, respectively.
In addition, he helped coordinate managed underwritings, syndicate trade pickups and payments, and the delivery of securities being transferred to other institutions.
Given his familiarity with the firm’s operational policies and procedures, Mr. Bedenikovic was appointed process manager in Customer Account Transfers in 1999.
In that position, he ensured that operational procedures were followed and that the firm adhered to the regulations and guidelines set forth by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) concerning account transfers.
He also monitored daily processes and compiled reporting information to assist with recommendations and business decisions.
In addition, he managed a full time staff and contractors, created training materials and led classes, while also overseeing continuing education and training requirements for all experienced employees.
After A.G.
Edwards was acquired by Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Advisors) in 2007, Mr. Bedenikovic resigned in 2009 to assume a position at Benjamin F.
Edwards & Co. Mr. Bedenikovic received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
