Ms. Cipriano joined Kern Capital Management in November 2000, and was promoted to Head Trader in November 2004.
Prior to joining Kern Capital Management, she was Assistant Head Equity Trader at Citibank Global Asset Management, a division of Citigroup, with over $100 billion in assets.
During her 11 years at Citibank, she was instrumental in initiating changes that allowed the trading desk to keep pace with the constantly changing and demanding market environment.
She has served on the NYSE Institutional Advisory Committee.
Ms. Cipriano received a B.B.A. degree from Pace University and earned a certification of Technical Analysis I from the New York Institute of Finance.
