Smead is a Performing Credit Portfolio Manager at Bardin Hill Investment Partners LP.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Smead was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Prudential Investment Management, where he worked for over 21 years.
As head of Prudential’s bank loan team, he was responsible for over $3.5 billion of assets under management, through structured products and institutional accounts.
Prior to joining the U.S.
Bank Loan Desk, Mr. Smead worked in Private Fixed Income at Prudential Investment Management, where he held several positions of increasing responsibility.
He received an M.B.A.
from the University of Chicago and a B.B.A.
from the University of Texas at Austin.
