Ryan Dammeyer

Ryan is a Partner with Open Prairie and advises the firm on debt and equity financing structure.
Ryan has enabled the growth of businesses at all stages for nearly 20 years by providing strategic guidance and innovative capital structure solutions.
As a Managing Director and Head of Structured Finance for Square 1 Bank, a division of PacWest Bank, Ryan leads all activities for the bank’s Midwest region and has generated in excess of $150 million in transactions and managed funds of over $300 million.
He served as Chief Financial Officer for Liquidus Marketing, responsible for oversight of all financial activity and facilitated key business development and operational initiatives.
He holds a Kelly School of Business Foundations Certificate, a Bachelor of Science in Public Financial Management and a Minor in Economics from Indiana University.
