Hallowell, Jr., is Senior Portfolio Manager, Senior Vice President & Founding Partner at Van Liew Capital, Inc. He is currently the Chairman of the Investment Committee of St. Martin's Church, Providence, and Board member of the Community Boating Center of Providence.
Mr. Hallowell was formerly Vice President in the Trust Division of Rhode Island Hospital Trust, and prior to that, was associated with Bay Bank Harvard Trust, Cambridge, and Moseley, Hallgarten, Estabrook & Weeden, Boston.
He formerly of Beverly Farms, MA, has a BA in History from Boston University.
He was a Director for over 20 years and Past President of the Audubon Society of Rhode Island.
He received his undergraduate degree from Boston University.
