Sandy Livney

Ms. Livney has over 20 years of experience working in private and public businesses in a variety of accounting and marketing functions.
Ms. Livney previously worked at Systems Management Solutions, Inc. as its Controller beginning in June, 2003 and served as Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer until moving to join PharmaFrontiers.
She became certified as a Certified Public Accountant by the State of Texas in 1981.
Ms. Livney worked for Mobil Oil Corporation for over 15 years, principally as an energy trader in their deregulated natural gas trading division.
She also worked for Arthur Andersen, LLP as an Experienced Manager in their Energy Trading & Marketing Division.
Ms. Livney graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Accounting.
