Sara Karlen Lacombe

Ms. Lacombe joined JER in 2006.
She comes to JER from FTI Consulting where she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and was a member of the management team.
Prior to her position at FTI, Ms. Lacombe worked at Merrill Lynch where she was director and head of human resources for the global securities and economics research division and provided comprehensive human resources services.
In addition, Ms. Lacombe has held positions with several professional and financial services companies, including Andersen Consulting, Lehman Brothers and Citibank.
Her experience encompasses compensation, benefits, training, employee relations and recruiting, as well as acquisitions and integration.
She holds a BA in history from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
