Prior to joining Barclays, she was at Credit Suisse where she led the hedge fund-linked origination and structuring business.
Before that, she worked for JP Morgan Chase and BNP Paribas in both fund and equity derivatives.
Ms. Newman has a degree in Physics from Manchester University.
