Scott Berger

Prior to joining Laurus, Mr. Berger was an Associate in the Equities and Derivatives Division of BNP Paribas where he structured and marketed OTC derivatives and secured lending facilities.
Prior to BNP Paribas, he was employed by Bear Stearns for six years.
Mr. Berger began his career at Bear Stearns in its Management Trainee program where he rotated through various groups within the fixed income division.
After completing the program, he joined Bear Stearns’ Legal Division where he focused on equity private placements.
Mr. Berger then moved to the Institutional Equities Division where he was a Hedge Fund Product Manager cross-selling various equity and equity related products to hedge fund clientele as well as an Equity Research Salesperson focused on generating long and short investment ideas for hedge fund Portfolio Managers and Analysts.
Mr. Berger received an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, concentrating in finance and accounting and a B.A.
from Ithaca College.
